By placing an online order, the customer agrees to our general terms and conditions.

1. Prices

The prices stated on the website are in euros, excluding shipping costs. They are valid on the day they are offered on our website and on the day the order is placed. All prices are per pair, unless stated otherwise. Infylia cannot be held to price statements that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of apparent input, typesetting or printing errors.

Shipping costs are calculated based on postal rates. If you live in Belgium you can choose between 3 options:
- Your package will be sent by letter post for €3.99, without insurance and therefore at your own risk.
- Your package will be shipped insured for €5.99. Infylia recommends this shipping option.
- You can also choose to pick up your order. There are no shipping costs. In that case, we will contact you to arrange an appointment.

Shipping is free in Belgium from a purchase amount of €50.

2. Order
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the confirmation of your order and the total cost.
If an error has crept into the inventory system and the selected item is no longer available, you will be notified within 2 working days.

3. Payment
Infylia uses Wix Payments to ensure your payment is processed safely. You can pay with a credit card, bank card or via Klarna.

4. Delivery
Infylia tries to ensure the fastest possible delivery. In the point below (Delivery time) we try to give an indication of our delivery times. However, these periods are indicative and are given purely as an indication. Infylia cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

The buyer provides Infylia with the delivery address. If this address is found to be incorrect, it is the buyer's responsibility and additional charges may apply. The buyer with a delivery address in Belgium can choose shipping without insurance for €3.99. If in this case the order has left us in good condition but is lost by the shipping partner, Infylia cannot be held liable for this. However, the buyer with a delivery address in Belgium can also opt for shipping with insurance at €5.99. In this case, Infylia will intervene if the package is lost. For buyers in the Netherlands, standard shipping is €5.99 and with insurance €7.99.

5. Delivery time
As soon as we have received your payment, your package will be prepared for shipment. The normal delivery time for Belgium is 3-4 days and for the Netherlands 4-6 days. Infylia cannot be held liable for delays in shipping by the post office. In accordance with the “distance purchasing” law, the maximum delivery time is thirty days, unless otherwise agreed. If this delivery period is not feasible, Infylia must notify the buyer in a timely manner and the buyer has the right to cancel the order without additional costs. In that case, any amounts already paid will be refunded within thirty days.

6. Warranty
For hygienic reasons it is not possible to return jewelry. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must inform us by email. You must also send a photo of the item so that we can see any damage. In that case, you have a guarantee of 7 days after receipt to return the item free of charge. We will then deliver the same item to you free of charge within 30 days, if stocks last. If not, you may choose another item of the same retail value.

There is no guarantee against discoloration of metal parts. This discoloration is natural and depends on the acidity of your skin. To avoid this, jewelry is best stored in a box, away from sunlight and humidity.

7. Others
By ordering you declare that you are over 18 years old.


Ordering from Infylia requires that you provide us with your customer details. Infylia uses this data for the administration of your order, management of orders, deliveries and invoices, and monitoring payments. Your data will not be passed on, rented or sold to third parties. As a buyer you always have the right to inspect and correct this data. Upon request via email, Infylia can remove your data from our database.
